Since the first part of the project where we did the hard work of procuring the beansprout husks as well as picking, cleaning and sun-drying it, it has been put on hold for a bit for baby shopping. Here’s why.

So finally I had the time to sit down and sew the pillow and pillow cases!

Started with the pillow outer case first, with lining to prevent saliva from going into the husks.

Then filled it up with husks and hand stitched it. Pillow is done!

Prepping the correct dimensions for all the pieces of fabrics I need..

First pillow case is complete!

Hopefully she appreciates these little acts of love that we bestow on her even before she’s born! <3
